Hello all,
trying to use MathType equations into AICS2, I have been positively surprised to notice that Copy/Paste from MathType to Illustrator works perfectly. The equation is re-created into AICS2 as a pure AICS2 object:
- glyphs are glyphs
- symbols like "square root" are good-shaped vectoriel object.
So it seams that AICS2 understands and converts MTEF perfectly (the Mathtype internal format that is embedded into every saved file as well as in the Windows clipboard).
However, no Adobe documentation, nothing on the Net clearly confirms my assumption.
Can somedy confirm my assumption is right ? Or is the "magic" working differently than I suppose ?
TIA.
Patrick.
